The Key Account Manager will:

The Key Account Manager will support the sales efforts for the company and will be required to:

-        Implement the account sales plan

-        Ensure that products are sold to on and off premise retailers by coordinating the sales, distribution and program execution through chain buying officers.

-        Build relationships with retailers and distributer representatives.

-        Call on buyers, retail operations and any other people who can help with sales.

-        Introduce and promote our brand.

-        Identify decision makers and influencers; build rapport, trust and credibility.

-        Conduct regional/store visits to check on execution and opportunities.

-        Perform administrative duties in a timely manner (expense and mileage reports, work calendar, etc.).

-        Attend special events, festivals, beer dinners and tastings, as needed.

-        Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.

Required Residence: Alabama or Georgia.

Qualifications:

-        You must be at least 21 years of age

-        Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred

-        3-5 years’ sales/marketing experience

-        Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft outlook, and have reliable internet access from home

-        Craft beer industry passion and the appreciation of the culture that goes with it

-        A results driven, energetic, confident personality

-        Ability to build strong business relationships and work collaboratively with sales/marketing peers

-        Superior oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills

-        Intensive travel schedule and flexible work schedule will be required, with regular visits to chain stores, convenience stores, bars, restaurants and festivals

-        A valid driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment period with the company

-        Selected candidate will be required to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driver's license check
